Sometimes the best conversations happen side by side, not face to face.

I really loved my walk and talk session with Jasmine. First of all she’s such a lovely person and greets you with a hot coffee — what’s not to love — for a walk in the woods which is just good for the soul, particularly after a bad night of sleep!
When I met with Jasmine we were in a real pickle with sleep. We were off the back of the four month regression followed by chicken pox, and Rory was waking pretty much every hour — I was co-sleeping and feeding to sleep just to get through the nights, and absolutely exhausted.
Jasmine made some really practical suggestions and tweaks that we could implement straight away, particularly around areas linked to Rory’s reflux as well as safe sleeping positions for co-sleeping.
We’re about six weeks on from that first walk and talk and in such a different place with sleep — Rory’s now sleeping really independently in his crib with 1–2 wake ups at night. I’m really grateful to Jasmine for her support and guidance during a time we desperately needed some support — and sleep!
I couldn’t recommend Jasmine’s walk and talk enough! I really loved her supportive, friendly, open and non-judgemental approach.
Jasmine listened to all of my concerns and asked insightful questions as I talked through our routine, challenges and everything else — and then made some really interesting observations and recommendations.
We tried some of her suggestions straight away and saw a real difference quite quickly. I really love Jasmine’s approach to sleep coaching, and the format of the walk and talk made the whole thing feel really relaxed.
Jasmine is so approachable. She followed up our session with all her thoughts and recommendations, and was so supportive when I came back with questions and feedback afterwards. Thanks Jasmine.
The hot drink's on me — pick a time and let's walk it out together.
