Mum is the Word started as holistic sleep coaching for families and is growing into a motherhood community — with one goal at its heart: to help families find the rest they're missing, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that motherhood can bury. Not despite motherhood. Within it.

I've spent over ten years working alongside families in various roles — from nannying, to SEN classrooms, to crisis support. Then I became a mum myself, and everything I thought I knew deepened into something I could feel. That led me to become a certified sleep coach, looking beyond the sleep to what's really going on underneath.
Like so many mums, I lost sight of myself for a while in those early days. Mum is the Word grew out of finding my way back: helping families get the rest they need, and building a community where mothers feel like themselves again.
I can't wait to welcome you in. x

Bespoke one-to-one support, built entirely around your family.
No rigid routines, no quick fixes. We gently look at the whole picture — rooted in the cause, not just the symptom — so we can find what's really going on and help everyone get the rest they need.

The best conversations don't happen face to face — they happen side by side. Gentle walks in nature around Stamford — Burghley Woods, the Rec or the Meadows — where connection comes easy and there's no pressure to have it all figured out. From £45.
Every Mum is the Word event is designed around the reality of motherhood. You come as you are, and we've curated a space where your little ones are welcomed and entertained while you take care of you.
We carry the mother load, so you don't have to.
Every child gets a snack at every event — no packing up, no last-minute scramble. One less thing on your plate.
Children are entertained and cared for in the space, so you can genuinely be present — this time is for you.
Events across the week for every kind of parent. Something you get to do for you — with them right there.
Something you get to do for you, with them.

I was told I had a pregnancy glow. But after my son was born, something shifted — I grieved the parts of myself that seemed to vanish. My creativity, my movement, my ability to talk about my work and passions.
Glow Club isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about reconnecting those parts of yourself within motherhood, not despite it. Pilates, a run club, a bit of woo woo magic, or something creative you've never tried.
This is Glow Club.
See what's onWhat sets Jasmine apart is her deep understanding of children’s emotional as well as practical needs. Her approach was always calm and kind, helping our children feel secure and respected. We as parents had complete trust in her judgment, reliability and professionalism.
I really loved my walk and talk session with Jasmine… a walk in the woods which is just good for the soul, particularly after a bad night of sleep! We’re about six weeks on from that first walk and talk and in such a different place — Rory’s now sleeping really independently in his crib. I’m so grateful to Jasmine for her support during a time we desperately needed it — and sleep!
Thank goodness for Jasmine! She provided me with so much help to tweak my daughter’s routine and improve sleep. Aside from the invaluable advice, she has been such a support and validated my feelings — empowering me to stick to methods that feel natural, not just go with what the internet says. Every new mum should have access to a Jasmine!
Every family is different, and every child's needs are unique. Rather than treating symptoms, we gently find what's really going on underneath — always family-led, always rooted in connection.
Because when families get the rest they need, everything else feels that bit easier.
